Booking and Payment Terms
The excellence of our support is based on a mutual commitment. Here are the conditions that govern our services:

Booking Process: All course requests are made via our dedicated form. Your request will be reviewed and validated within a maximum of 24 hours. Practical details will then be sent to you by email. In all cases, payments must be made in euros (€), with the student responsible for any currency conversion fees, unless otherwise agreed upon before the course begins.

Remote Sessions: For all online sessions, full payment is required in advance by credit card or PayPal. No remote session will be held without prior payment confirmation.

In-Person Sessions: For candidates located in Belgrade, Serbia, and the surroundings, or during the travels and conferences held periodically in various regions by Galiossa, cash payment is accepted on-site, whether for individual or group sessions.

Cancellation Policy: The time dedicated to your success is valuable. The sessions are fully refundable under two conditions: a cancellation notification sent at least 12 hours before the scheduled class, or in case of force majeure (upon presentation of an official document).
